I am proud to announce the official launch of Capstone Law LLC!
Capstone will provide sophisticated and creative legal counsel focusing on the real estate and general corporate law needs of emerging to middle-market companies. Through Capstone I hope to create a true partnership with my clients by completely discarding the traditional billable hour model and providing a personal touch.
Capstone will provide an occasional communiqué summarizing trends in the real estate industry, both in Philadelphia and beyond.

The retail real estate market in Center City is booming, especially along the Walnut Street and Chestnut Street corridors. Strong population growth in Center City and surrounding areas — fueled by both the baby boomers and young professionals — enables Center City to attract retail tenants that once only headed for suburban malls. Rumor has it Bloomingdale’s may even open near Market East, giving me both a very happy wife and a much lighter wallet!
