Gabriel B. Herman joined Capstone as an Associate in 2018. Gabe earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from American University’s honor program in 2010. A Philadelphia native, Gabe returned to the city and graduated from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law with a certificate in Business Law in 2015.
Prior to joining Capstone, Gabe was an associate with an east coast-based transactional firm where he assisted national financial institutes extend commercial credit facilities to small and mid-sized businesses. Gabe has extensive experience advising lenders, certified development companies, and borrowers within the frame work of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 and 7(a) Loan programs.
Gabe takes pride in offering his clients creative and results-driven legal solutions. Gabe’s clients have come to expect responsive legal guidance that displays both industry knowledge and an attention to detail.
Gabe’s community involvement includes serving as Secretary of the Mesivta High School of Greater Philadelphia and Board Member of Caskey Torah Academy of Philadelphia. When the weather is nice, you can catch Gabe managing the Aish Philadelphia Softball team.
Gabe lives in Merion Station with his wife Deena, and two kids Yosef and Goldie.
