James joined Capstone as an Associate in 2022. He assists the firm’s clients in commercial real estate and financing transactions and supports the firm’s general corporate practice.
After graduating from Drexel University in Philadelphia, James earned his J.D. in 2021 from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he was a Staff Writer for Villanova Law Review and a member of the Business Law Concentration. Having grown up in nearby Bucks County, James’ roots in the greater Philadelphia area run deep, and he is thrilled to be at the forefront of the city’s developing real estate industry.
In addition to practicing law, James enjoys cooking, fitness, and traveling. He is an avid sports fan and an avid sports traveler, having visited nearly every Major League Baseball park with his dad and brother.
